Feel Your Flow
You began the lesson with breathing, and end the lesson with breathing. The importance of breath work to the health and healing of your body can’t be overestimated. The practice of mindful breathing slows your heart rate, and reduces stress hormones.
Connecting to the inward and outward flow of air through breathing helps you connect with the inward and outward flow of energy swirling around yourself. This awareness, over time, helps you connect with that same flow of energy in all beings.
Breathe with intention to heal, balance and restore your body, mind, spirit and emotional energy. Breathe mindfully when you are at peace, and when you are troubled. When you struggle to fall asleep, or stay asleep, return to the awareness of your breathing. Feel the flow of healing from the center of your heart to the heart of the world, and feel the amplified energy of healing returning to you.
Affirmation: Breathe. Fill up your body, mind and spirit with the breath that connects all. Feel the connection at the level of your heart. Breathe in through your heart, breathe out through your heart, focusing on the emotional energy you want to experience for yourself and every other being, without exception.
